The Spra-Rite Alpha Processor is an effective and reliable tool used to control lubricant application to the stamped or drawn material, or tooling. Utilizing touch keys, and the visual display, SIX lubricant injectors may be independently programmed with regards to VOLUME - STROKE.
Spra-Rites NEW Alpha Processor includes the following features:
- Independent control of (2) - (4) - (6) lubricant application injectors.
- Programmable Volume and Stroke of each injector.
- Function prompts incorporated into each featured screen.
- Toggle style (On/Off) injector/nozzle purging.
