SPRA-Rite Alpha Lubricating System

The SPRA-RITE Alpha Lubricating System, one of our newest and INNOVATIVE methods of applying a commercially available die lubricant.

The Spra-Rite Alpha Lubricating System is an effective and reliable less expensive tool used to control lubricant application to the stamped, drawn material, or tooling process.

Each SPRA-RITE Alpha Lubricating System includes a PROCESS CONTROL Module and DATA Display. These controls offer numeric programming for up to SIX injector valves, and a nozzle PURGE or TEST feature.

VERY user-friendly application control is managed by the SPRA-RITE electronic control located within the system console. Totally programmable, the controller INDEPENDENTLY controls EACH Injector with regards to the precise volume of lubricant to be applied, the ability to independently skip press cycles for preprogrammed stroke counts, and independent triggering of each nozzle.

Each Spra-Rite Alpha Lubricating System utilizes a seven gallon stainless steel reservoir. Each reservoir includes a Liquid regulator, air relief valve, and a liquid strainer.

Also included with the Alpha Lubricating System is our Patented Z-Nozzle Assemblies along with High Pressure 1000 PSI Burst Pressure tubing to connect to our Injector Manifold Assembly to the Z-Nozzles. The Alpha System is assembled to a back plate. Included are the Process Controller and Injector Manifold. This lubricating system will be quoted as a complete turn-key assembly.
