Beta Processor

Beta PanelSpra-Rite - Lubricant Injection System
Manufactured By Industrial Innovations, Inc.

The Beta SPRA RITE process controller utilizes an (8-K memory) Processor and an Operators Interface Terminal to Define, Manage, and Store/Recall the critical process variables associated with the absolute control of the lubricant application process. The VOLUME of Lubricant, STROKE Count and TIME Delay are loaded into each of the SIXTEEN Injectors INDEPENDENTLY, using touch key controls. Editing existing programs is simply performed using the menu prompts and the touch keys. Additionally, the processor has the capacity to STORE and RECALL as many as 60 Spray Pattern Profiles. The profiles are stored and recalled through the use of a two digit binary and four digit part number, which are user definable.

In order to keep up with the ever growing process control demands of the stamping industry, the 8-K processor has the ability to automatically recall and load spray profiles. Through the use of the six line binary control, the stamping press can communicate with the SPRA-RITE processor, and automatically download the appropriate spray profile. Unless manually overridden, the processor will run the assigned spray profile until a part change is initiated by the stamping press.

Using the manual mode, the system's operator can assign a part number using the binary/part number identifier. Through the use of the scroll screens, the operator can view a list of part numbers stored in the processor, and download the part number as required.
