High Pressure Pedestal Lubricating System

High Pressure Pedestal Lubricating System The SPRA-RITE HIGH PRESSURE Lubricating System is the only totally NEW and INNOVATIVE method of controlled die or stock lubrication to be introduced to the stamping and drawing industries. The purpose of the High Pressure Pedestal Lubricating System is to supply enough pressure to adequately atomize the spray of High Viscosity Lubricants.

The SPRA-RITE High Pressure Sprayers utilize independently controlled, electrically operated, highly efficient injector valves to precisely regulate the volume of lubricant applied at specific areas of stamping or drawing tooling, and or the stock, at a predetermined press stroke interval. The Injector valves, which are micro-processor controlled, ELIMINATE all of the Poppets, O-Rings, and Check Valves found in less effective application devices. PRECISE application of lubricant and the elimination of DOWNTIME are achieved through the use of these State of the Art components.

Each SPRA-RITE HIGH PRESSURE PEDESTAL Lubricating System includes a PROCESS CONTROL Module and DATA Display. These controls offer numeric programming of the injector valves, a nozzle PURGE or TEST feature, and BIANARY inputs from your machinery to automatically load the desired spray profile into the control.

VERY user-friendly application control is managed by the SPRA-RITE electronic control located within the system console. Totally programmable, the controller INDEPENDENTLY controls EACH Injector with regards to the precise volume of lubricant applied the ability to independently skip press cycles for preprogrammed stroke counts, and timed delay for independent triggering of each nozzle.

Each Spra-Rite High Pressure Pedestal Lubricating System utilizes a pressure pump capable of generating pressures up to 500 PSI. Simply set the pump onto a fresh pail of lubricant, a clean 55 gallon drum or a liquid tote. Included with each system is an air regulator, air pressure gauge, two liquid strainers, six foot of hydraulic hose to connect the pressure pump to the injector manifold and nitrogen charged accumulator to eliminate pulsing of the sprayers.

IF YOU DEMAND maximum efficiency, reliability, flexibility, and system control; coupled with increased production rates, reduced lubricant waste, improved environmental conditions, and ease of setup, the SPRA-RITE High Pressure Sprayer is for YOU.
