Lubricant Reclaim - Lubricant Recycling

LUBRICANT RYCYCLE SYSTEM The LUBRICANT RECYCLE SYSTEM manufactured by Industrial Innovations, Inc. was developed for the purpose of:
  • AUTOMATED separation of tramp oils, tramp oil removal, and filtration of lubricants collected at the stamping presses, for recycling purposes.
  • AUTOMATED three-stage filtration system including a (1) tramp oil separation reservoir, (2) Belt skimming and (3) Dual 5 micron filtration. 
  • AUTOMATED injection of a controlled volume of recycled lubricant into the PRO-MIX Proportional/Mixing System.
  • AUTOMATED proportional/mixing of the recycled lubricant with a batch of mixed lubricant for pressurized delivery of the mixture to the production machinery.
  • AUTOMATED control of the entire recycling process including the on demand features, separation, and filtration functions.


SYSTEM FUNCTIONS:


The on demand replenishing of the lubricating system's holding/settling reservoir from a portable supply source.

The magnetic separation of metallic materials, separation of tramp oils, and fine filtration of the recycled lubricant.

The controlled injection of recycled lubricant into a batch of newly proportioned lubricant, and the distribution of the lubricant mix to the production machinery.

SYSTEM FEATURES:

  • Triple Stainless Steel reservoirs for the purpose of lubricant filtration and separation of tramp oils.
  • Reservoir filling devices including liquid level monitors, and motor/pump assemblies.
  • Filtration devices including strainers, settling reservoirs, and dual five micron bag filtration.
  • Programmable settling reservoirs, belt skimmer, purging system for the additional removal of tramp oils.
  • Total system and process control by means of PLC and operator interface.
