Custom Manifolds

SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Injector Manifold Assembly which includes the Manifold, Pressure Regulator, Injectors, and Injector Coils. Pressurized lubricant is encapsulated within the manifold assembly until the injection cycle is initiated.

A means to generate the necessary lubricant pressure required to pressurize the manifold assembly.

For our customers who require ONLY the Injector Manifold Assembly for use with their existing processor SPRA-RITE manufactures a Manifold Package including the Injector Manifold - Enclosure Interface Pressure Regulator - Pressure Gauge.

ONE INJECTOR SERIES (P/N = SR-MA-1)
TWO INJECTOR SERIES (P/N = SR-MA-2)
FOUR INJECTOR SERIES (P/N = SR-MA-4)
EIGHT INJECTOR SERIES (P/N = SR-MA-8)

(Each manifold must have a means of Lubricant Pressure Generation.)

LUBRICANT PRESSURE GENERATORS

1. Air operated diaphragm pump assembly including 6GPM Pump - Mounting Bracket.
   • The mounting bracket includes a steel lid that fits on top of a 5 gallon pail, lift the assembly and place the assembly on top of a fresh supply of lube
   • Low Lubricant Level Float Switch
2. Portable air pressurized lubricant reservoir including Stainless Steel Reservoir - Fill/Dump Valve
   • Low Lubricant Level Safety Float Switch.
   • 7 GALLON CAPACITY
   • 12 GALLON CAPACITY
   • 16 GALLON CAPACITY
   • OPTIONAL STEEL PEDESTAL FRAME with RESERVOIR ATTACHED and 1 Gallon Reserve Tank/Piping/Necessary Valving
3. Custom designed systems to meet individual requirements of the user. Cost dependent upon design.
