TWO/FOUR/EIGHT INJECTOR PROCESSORS SYSTEM COMPONENTS
  1. Operator's Control Terminal, which includes the Control Processor, Operators Interface, and the Dedicated Software, used to define and control the injection process.
  2. Injector Manifold Assembly which includes the Manifold, Pressure Regulator, Injectors, and Injector Coils. Pressurized lubricant is encapsulated within the manifold assembly until the injection cycle is initiated.
  3. A means to generate the necessary lubricant pressure required to pressurize the manifold assembly.

TWO/FOUR/EIGHT INJECTOR PROCESSORS
SPRA-RITE utilizes an Allen Bradley Micro-1000 and Micro View Operators Terminal to Define, Manage, and Store/Recall the critical process variables associated with the absolute control of the lubricant application process. ALL of the systems employing the Allen Bradley PLC perform as follows: The VOLUME of Lubricant and STROKE COUNT are loaded into each of the FOUR or EIGHT Injectors INDEPENDENTLY using touch key controls. Editing existing programs in simply performed using the menu prompts and the touch keys. The use of the F1 and F2 keys STORE and RECALL as many as TEN Spray Pattern Profiles. The PROFILES are stored and recalled by a FOUR digit numeric code which is user definable. The SPRA-RITE Control has an additional ALARM feature that can interface with a variety of safety devices and can be used to turn on an alarm, shut down the press, or both. The SPRA-RITE Control is assembled within a NEMA 12 enclosure. PART NUMBER DESIGNATION for the Allen Bradley Processor (AB).

SPRA-RITE's design provides our customers the unique ability to custom design a lubricating system to meet their specific process requirements. The following list of components include complete systems, as well an, individual parts that can be used in combinations to produce a user specific system.

1. The SPRA-RITE Package including up to FOUR independent volume/skip cycle controls, touch key programming, system purge button, and Nema 12 enclosure - Manifold Assembly with enclosure interface - Pressure Regulator - Pressure Gauge. Siemens Control Package.

2. The SPRA-RITE Package including up to FOUR independent volume/skip cycle controls, touch key programming, system purge button, and Nema 12 enclosure - Manifold Assembly with enclosure Interface - Pressure Regulator - Pressure Gauge. Allen Bradley Control Package.

3. The SPRA-RITE Package including up to EIGHT independent volume/skip cycle controls, touch key programming, system purge button, and Nema 12 enclosure - Manifold Assembly with enclosure interface - Pressure Regulator - Pressure Gauge.

4. Because all of SPRA-RITE's processors include the identical number of inputs an outputs it in possible to utilize one processor on more than one press; however, additional field wiring would be required. Each press could be programmed without interfering with the other presses operation. Injector Manifolds sold separately.

Supplied with each lubricating system will be an easily interpreted users manual that includes: Installation - Operation - Shooters Guide - Electrical Diagram - Parts List Machine Layout. All of the system components are warranted for a period of one year from date of shipment the Injector Valves are warranted for TWO years.
