Die Spray Lubricant Reciprocators

Industrial Innovations, Inc. designed into its die spray lube reciprocators a durable and effective mechanical mechanism, coupled to a proven reliable electrically operated drive train, controlled by a user friendly PLC\Data Display.

The reciprocator arm and support members of these spray reciprocators are manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of their operation. All of the structural reciprocator lubricating systems components are comprised of tubular steel, 100% seam welded, as required. Pivot point pins and bearings include standard components that offer to the user the reliability of quality OFF-THE SHELF components.

The reciprocal action of the arm is manipulated by an AC 240/480 VAC motor utiliziing a J3 Mitsubishi Servo motor for speed and positioning. The electric motor is totally enclosed within the COMPACT drive mechanism.
