Retro Block

Easily Adapted To Your Custom Spray Manifold.

No Internal Moving Parts.
The block itself contains no internal moving parts saving valuable machine time for maintenance issues.

Flow Control Valve.
The Flow control is 2/3 the size of the block making it much more robust and less likely to break.

External Check Valve.
The external check valve mounts on top of the spray nozzle assembly. This will eliminate any excess dripping because it is checked at the spray tip. The check valve is also repairable simply by unscrewing the check valve and cleaning out the cylinder.

Utilize Existing Manifolds.
The Retro Block will utilize all your existing spray manifolds and parts on your shelf, except plungers, springs and o-rings as they are not required for our system.

No Pilot Air Required.
The Retro block has no moveable parts internally. The Retro Block works with supply air only.

Improved Spray Response Time.
By checking the spray lubricator at the tip there is no reason to have to purge the spray line, therefore all lines will be full of lube at the tip and ready to spray. This will help to improve cycle time.
