SR-1155 & SR-1165 'Articulating' Vertical Reciprocator

Our Advance Automation™ Vertical Reciprocating Sprayer Systems feature a servo motor drive system attached directly to the gear reducer for maximum torque and efficiency. No external valve packages are needed as all air and spray lubrication valving is mounted directly on the sprayer and positioning accuracy of .020 inches provides constant repeatability. 

From the home position, the machine first arcs the spray head to the ready position above the cavity area.  Then the sprayers traverse straight down to apply lube/air.  The motion is then reversed to the home position so that the sprayer is clearly away from the parting line to prevent unwanted damage.  Typically used in presses ranging from 600 tons to 1600 tons.  For use with heavier, large spray manifolds such as picture frame types loaded with spray heads.  Comes standard with independent control of 2 lube zones.   PLC controls allows both the programming of the arc distance and vertical stroke that has a range of 24-60".
