High Pressure Lubricant Spray System

SPRA-RITE™ High-Pressure Lubricant Spray Systems regulate volume of lubricant applied at specific areas of tooling and or the stock at a pre-determined press stroke interval. The injector valves which are micro-processor controlled ELIMINATE all the poppets o-rings and check valves found in less effective application devices. The High-Pressure Pedestal Lubricant Spray Application System includes an injector manifold, controls package, tank, nozzles, and tubing sold separately. Stores up to 200 spray recipes through our PLC driven-HMI controlled, Beta electronic controls package, and typically used with lubricants of high viscosity (<500 psi, >400<600cps).
