Springer brings a unique blend of commercial and technical leadership, with a career rooted in the lubricants and specialty chemicals industry. She holds a U.S. patent for lubricant performance improvements and has a strong track record of driving global growth through strategic innovation. Her experience includes leadership roles across sales and technical marketing, as well as Director- and VP-level positions in process and product technology. Prior to joining Industrial Innovations, she held executive roles within base oil and lubricant organizations, delivering customer-focused solutions and expanding market presence.
