Industrial Innovations, Inc. Acquires Advance Products Corporation
This strategic move is set to expand the company’s footprint while honoring a rich legacy in metalworking innovation.
Grandville, MI (September 15, 2023) – Industrial Innovations, Inc., a renowned leader in metalworking spray lubrication and diecasting automation, is proud to announce the acquisition of Advance Products Corporation in a strategic asset purchase of their consumable die-casting products and systems consisting of ladle cups, die clamps, hand sprayers, shot sleeves, plunger rods, plunger tips and die lubrication systems and reclaimers.
Advance Products has been a stalwart in the diecasting and foundry industries for more than 75 years, with three generations of family ownership. This acquisition marks the next chapter in their storied history, as Industrial Innovations takes the reins committed to preserving and building upon a cherished family legacy while increasing its capabilities in the diecasting sector.
As the largest manufacturer of metalworking lubricant proportional mixers and spray application lubricating systems in the United States, Industrial Innovations has been making best-in-class products since its founding in 1981. In 2014, the company expanded its presence within the diecasting and foundry industries by purchasing Advance Products’ automation division, forming Advance Automation LLC, co-located alongside Industrial Innovations in its Grandville, MI, facility.
Today, Industrial Innovations continues to grow with the complete acquisition of Advance Products. This asset purchase primarily involves the procurement of molds and tooling, allowing Industrial Innovations to integrate Advance Products’ consumable product line seamlessly into its existing operations and broaden its customer base and market presence.
