Low Pressure Lubricant Spray System
FOR USE WITH LOW VISCOSITY DILUTION RATIOSSPRA-RITE™ Low-Pressure Pedestal Spray System applies lubricant through our specifically designed and patented low-pressure, high-velocity, zero-drip nozzles. The injector valve eliminates the need for pumps and check valves found in less effective application devices ensuring maximum efficiency. The Low-Pressure Pedestal Spray System includes an injector manifold, controls package, tank, nozzles, and tubing sold separately. This Low-Pressure Lubricant Application system stores up to 200 spray recipes through our PLC driven-HMI controlled, Beta electronic controls package, and typically used with lubricants of low viscosity (<100 psi, <400cps).

- Pedestal style design for portability*
- 5-gallon reservoir tank (Optional up to 20 gallon available)
- Reservoir tank has regulator, relief valve, and strainer
- Reserve reservoir to eliminate press shutdown while refilling
- Low-level lubricant safety switch
- Zero-Drip 'Z' nozzles, magnetic or die mounts available
- Beta electronic process controls package:
- 200 part storage recipes
- Independent skip cycle counting, delay spray, and volume control
- Standard 8 injector manifold with capacity up to 48 injector manifold
- Operator lock-out capability
- Low level audible alarm light
