Compact, portable proportional mixing systemThe Pro-Mix™ GT proportional lubricant & coolant mixing system utilizes a stainless-steel positive displacement proportioning dosing pump, that provides accurate, repeatable ratios and exceptional longevity.
Designed as an individual mixer, the proportional lubricant pump is capable of supporting one or multiple machines, running the same dilution ratio*, and comes standard with our CPM-1 controls package with typical output to 100 gph continuous (420 gph max).

Frequently Asked Questions About Graphite Lubricant
Lubricants, especially graphite-based formulations, naturally settle due to density differences between the solid particles and the liquid carrier. Without proper agitation or continuous mixing, the heavier particles separate and concentrate at the bottom of the tank, leading to inconsistent application.
Graphite lubricant should be continuously mixed or regularly recirculated to prevent settling. Batch mixing without agitation often leads to inconsistent concentration and uneven application across production runs.
Proper lubrication reduces friction and thermal shock, both of which directly impact die life. Inconsistent or insufficient lubrication leads to increased wear, heat checking, and surface degradation, resulting in more frequent die replacement or repair.
