Pro-Mix™ Proportional Mixing System Optional Features

PRO-MIX Dual die lubricant mixing system used to thoroughly mix with water, ONE different commercially available die lubricant, to the mixture ratio selected by the user, and to monitor and control the critical process variables. Two stainless steel liquid reservoirs (Water and One Lube Concentrate) used to stabilize the liquids prior to mixing.  Fluid level monitors located within the system reservoirs continuously monitor the level of the three liquids. These monitors are used to refill the reservoirs on demand.  Typically installed with our CPM-5 electronic controls package with full HMI features.  Lube tote rack included.

Four stainless steel liquid reservoirs (Water and Three Lube Concentrates) used to stabilize the liquids prior to mixing.  Fluid level monitors located within the system reservoirs continuously monitor the level of the four liquids. These monitors are used to refill the reservoirs on demand.  Exclusively installed with our CPM-5 electronic controls package with full HMI features.  Lube tote rack included.

Our Pro-Mix Dispenser die lubricant mixing system achieves FOUR standard recipes by thoroughly mixing with water TWO different lubricants for two ratios each.  The system will also monitor and control the critical process variables.  Upon selection of the desired ratio and volume amount, lube is immediately dispensed simply into a bucket or container in the amount of your choice reducing costly waste.  By not having any lube holding tanks, eliminates possible contamination and lowers the system price for a sound economic choice.  Exclusively installed on our Pro Mix V with full HMI features such as auto-stop and refill of water.

PRO-MIX DC die lubricant mixing system adds a powerful 5 horsepower pump motor that generates up to 30 gpm delivery of lube.  The DC system can be set for a closed-loop, recirculating, plant-wide distribution lubrication network, servicing all your presses.  With 500-PSI capability, our equipment can easily mix and distribute thick, emulsified lubricants.  Fluid level monitors located within the system reservoirs continuously monitor the level of the liquids. These monitors are used to refill the reservoirs on demand.  Exclusively installed with our CPM-5 electronic controls package with full HMI features. 

PRO-MIX GT thoroughly blends graphite lubricant with desired ratio of water.  Designed as an individual mixer, the pump is capable of supporting one or multiple machines, running the same dilution ratio*, and comes standard with our basic level CPM-1 controls package.  Stainless-steel holding tank for mixed lubricant with electric motor for 60 rpm mixing paddle for proper graphite suspension.
