Pro-Mix™ V Lubricant Mixing System
HEAVY-DUTY, PUMP-FED PROPORTIONAL MIXING SYSTEMThe Pro-Mix V proportional lubricant and coolant mixing systems are a powerhouse asset to any lubrication program. This system includes refilling the reservoirs on demand, and to discontinue the machine's service if a dangerous low material level develops during the system's operation.
The pump is capable of supporting plant-wide distribution, running multiple lubes and ratios* and comes standard with our CPM-5 controls package and 30-gallon accumulator with typical output from 150 to 250 gph.

- Variable speed drive assembly used to thoroughly mix, control, and pressurize
- Digital display of dilution ratio
- Accurate ratios with 1%
- Air-mixing motor with propeller
- Ultrasonic Level sensor for auto-refilling with automatic water shut off
- System alarm and diagnostic indicators
- CPM-5 Controls Package
- 120 volt power system
- 30 gallon storage accumulator
- 20 gallon separate stainless steel holding tanks
- Distribution can be automated through an in-plant piping network
*multiple dilution ratios can be achieved by simple electronic reprogramming

For ONE lubricant, to TWO mixture ratios.
Comes with all standard Pro-Mix V features and our CPM-5 controls package.
Utilizes two stainless steel liquid reservoirs (one for water, one for lube) to stabilize the liquids prior to mixing.
Lube tote rack included.
Optional inline or in-tank refractometer available for Brix rate monitoring.
Pro-Mix V Double
For TWO lubricants, to TWO mixture ratios.
Comes with all standard Pro-Mix V features and our CPM-5 controls package.
Utilizes three stainless steel liquid reservoirs (one for water, two for lube) to stabilize the liquids prior to mixing.
Lube tote rack included.
Optional inline or in-tank refractometer available for Brix rate monitoring.
Pro-Mix V Triple
For ONE lubricant, to THREE mixture ratios.
Comes with all standard Pro-Mix V features and our CPM-5 controls package.
Utilizes four stainless steel liquid reservoirs (one for water, three for lube) to stabilize the liquids prior to mixing.

Optional inline or in-tank refractometer available for Brix rate monitoring.

Pro-Mix V Double MLR Recirculating System
For ONE lubricant, to TWO different mixture ratios.
This proportional mixer keeps a continuous movement of fluid throughout your closed-loop system to maintain consistent lube ratios, promoting a tighter emulsion.
The centralized pumping station sends lube to presses for on-demand need that eliminates individual lube storage around plant. This prevents the lubricant from becoming stagnant and separating.
Pro-Mix V Double MLR mixes at a max rate of 11gpm, monitors water and lube consumption, and has ultrasonic tank sensors for auto-refilling.
Pro-Mix V Pressure-Free System
Our Pro-Mix Pressure-Free lubricant mixing system achieves FOUR standard recipes by thoroughly mixing TWO different lubricants for TWO ratios each.
Upon selection of the desired ratio and volume amount, lube is immediately dispensed simply into a bucket or container in the amount of your choice reducing costly waste.
By not having any lube holding tanks, you eliminate possible contamination and lower the system price for an economic choice.
Pro-Mix V Die Cast
Pro-Mix V DC lubricant mixing system is specially designed for the Die Casting industry.
Pro-Mix V DC has a powerful 5 horsepower pump motor that generates up to 30 gpm delivery of lube.
The DC system can be set for a closed-loop, recirculating, plant-wide distribution lubrication network, servicing all your presses.
With 500-PSI capability, our equipment can easily mix and distribute thick, emulsified lubricants.
