Quench Tank Cooling System
Effective cooling with a durable, robust tank
Quenching is essential for consistent quality and safe handling of hot parts. Cooling stabilizes the parts for later operations, preventing dimensional and visual defects along with safety for operator handling. Immediately after the component is created, it’s placed in the quench tank for rapid cooling. The temperature of the quenching fluid is crucial in eliminating the variables that nullify a reliable cooling process.
Our Quench-Pro Cooling System maintains the quenching fluid at a consistent temperature for optimal process control. The in-tank thermostat regulates the quench fluid transfer to the powerful heat exchanger for rapid cooling. Recirculation ensures uniform fluid temperature and prevents localized heating. Tank size assists with the allowable temperature fluctuations, along with workload perimeters.
Standard tank sizes include 15, 400, and 800 gallon.
If you need a custom size manufactured we can design a tank to fit into your new or existing work areas.
Features:
• Auto-Refill transfers fluid from in-house storage
• Low-level alarm in the event of an inlet blockage
• Built-in drain valve and 2-clean-out access holes
• Rugged stainless-steel construction
• Removable debris catch basket
• 150-800 gallon capacity, other sizes available upon request
• 240-480v power supply

Auto-fill detection

Transfers fresh water directly from your in-house storage tank into the quenching system. Transfer to inlet must be pressurized, but we can help if not available.
Low-level alarm

Both visual and audio alarms detect low-level tank fluid due to inlet blockage.
Debris Catch Basket

Sturdy stainless steel construction with lift hooks for easy removal.
Clean-out Holes

2 holes located near bottom for quick access to clean out unwanted grime.
