Spra-Rite™ Roll Coat System

Our SPRA-RITE Roll Coater system provides an effective means for clean and accurate lubrication by controlling the amount of lubricant transferred from the surface of the roller to the surface of your material whether it be on top, on the bottom or both sides. With our roll coating systems, we can coat heavy substrates in rugged environments and use precision to achieve accurate coating weights. On the top roller pan, air cylinders have been placed for simple and quick adjustment to feed your material. Once your material is fed, you can choose the amount, placement, and timing of lubricant that is to be rolled by utilizing your press controls or our Beta electronic controls package*. The bottom roller pan is designed as a catch tray for any excess run-off that is then fed back to the lubricant holding tank to save on costly lubricant.
