This standardized system accurately applies liquid lubrication, oil-based or water-soluble, for a smooth tip/sleeve operation and ensures repeatable shots. With simple-to-use controls, the TLS system is quick and easy to set up with excellent longevity to increase production.
TLS 1000 Tip Lubricating System
Features:
- For shot tip drip applications with oil-based lubricants
- Controlled by die cast machine press controls
- 7-gallon lube holding tank
- Adjustable 0-15cc air-driven positive displacement pump
- Low-level float alarm– audible and visual
- Housed in hinged-door enclosure to maintain cleanliness and equipment protection
TLS 2000 Tip Lubricating System
Features:
- For sleeve injection applications withwater-soluble lubricants
- Regulated by TLS timing control system for lube application and air blow-off
- Two 2.5-gallon tanks – one each for water and lube
- Two adjustable 0-15cc air-driven positive displacement pumps
- Air-driven mixing propeller
- Low-level float alarms – audible and visual
- Housed in hinged-door enclosure to maintain cleanliness and equipment protection
