Reclaim Pro-11 Fluid Purification System

Our MSR-11 Reclaim-Pro™ coolant & lubrication purification system is an effective, reliable, and fluid purification solution for several presses or smaller pressrooms with a typical output of 1 gallon per minute of cleaned lubricant. Contaminated fluids are driven into the separating tank by way of our pre-installed tramp-oil pump. Fluids are left to separate naturally so that the heavy oils float through the coalescing plates and trapped for removal. Cleansed fluids are gravity-fed down into the holding tank and later transferred to your Spra-Rite™ application system via the ‘Mini-Pro’ diaphragm pump. More contaminated fluids are pumped into the system based on internal float switches that indicate low fluid in the holding tank that can also be hosed to our optional Pro Mix™ Proportional Mixing System for increased flow of cleaned lubricant.
