Reclaim Pro-5 Fluid Purification Systems

Our MSR-5 Reclaim-Pro™ lubrication & coolant purification system is an effective, reliable, and fluid purification solution for single presses or smaller pressrooms with a typical output of ½ gallon per minute of cleaned lubricant. Contaminated fluids are driven into the separating tank by way of our pre-installed tramp-oil pump. Fluids are left to separate naturally so that the heavy oils float through the coalescing plates and trapped for removal. After purification, cleansed fluids are gravity-fed down into the holding tank and later transferred to your Spra-Rite™ application system via the ‘mini-Pro’ diaphragm pump. More contaminated fluids are pumped into the system based on a pre-set timing control that allows adequate separation time between batches.
